The death occurred peacefully at her residence on Monday 20th March of Bridie O’Malley nee Dunleavy Church Rd Crossmolina. Her remains reposed at her residence and at Hiney’s Funeral home on Wednesday evening with removal to St Tiernans Church. With Burial on Thursday in Crossmolina Cemetery after Requiem Mass. Bridie is survived by her husband Pat, daughters Mary T, Bernadette, Joan, Aedamair, Anne, Sisters Maggie Annie, Josie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, relations, extended family, friends and neighbours. May she rest in peace

Thank you to everyone that was involved in the St. Patrick's Light Parade and making it the success it was especially given the adverse weather conditions, from those that took part and made an effort which was beyond everybody's expectations to create a memorable parade, and also all of the stewards, all who helped with lights, staging, traffic etc. The "Singing Pubs 2017" starts on Friday April 7th with the first heat in Christy's, this year there will be €100 for the winner of each heat and €1000 plus recording opportunities for the overall winner, if you would like to take part or have any queries please call Vicky 087 31623676, John 087 4176291 or Michael 085 7459429, full details on Crossmolina Festival Facebook Page.

The Late Michael Brogan
The death occurred peacefully on Sunday 19th March at Mayo University Hospital Castlebar after brief illness of Michael (Mickie) Brogan Springfield Castlebar. His remains reposed at Caody’s Funeral Home Castlebar on Tuesday evening with removal to St Tiernans Church Crossmolina with burial on Wednesday in Crossmolina Cemetery after requiem mass. Michael was in his ninety ninetieth year was pre-deceased by his wife Maud (nee Gallagher), deeply mourned by his loving nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace

The death has occurred peacefully and suddenly on Thursday, March 16th of Norah Granahan (née Corcoran), Gillardstown, Collinstown, Co. Westmeath, and late of Keenagh Beg and Coolnabinna, Boughadoon, Ballina, Co. Mayo; Her remains reposed at Midland Regional Hospital Mortuary, Mullingar on Saturday evening with removal to St Marys Church Collinstown funeral mass on Sunday with burial afterwards in Whitehall Cemetery.
