U17 Boys Soccer Final

Kilmurray did all the pressing and created a number of great goal scoring chances in this final of the U17 Boys final at Solar 21 Astro-Turf Pitch on Wednesday last. Mickie Murphy Conor Caden and Adam Langan all went close breaking the deal lock in the opening 45 minuets against Charlestown side that defended well. The winners came more into it after Mickie Murphy shot for Kilmurray came back off the underside of the crossbar and were rewarded when Jack Mahon Grabbed the all important goal after 70 minuets drilling a low past the Helpless Darragh Walsh from the edge of the box. Kilmurray were now defending as Charlestown who did not exert as much energy up to this point were full of running but for all the Chances Kilmurray created  they deserved at least  a draw
