This coming Sunday 22nd September Crossmolina Deel-Rovers will play Burrishoole in the Egan Jewellers Mayo Intermediate Championship Quarter Final in Elverys McHale Park at 1 – 30. Your support would be greatly appreciated
There was no winner of the Crossmolina Deel-Rovers GAA Club Lotto Jackpot on Saturday night 7th September. The numbers drawn were 13 – 21 – 22 – 32 no punter matched three numbers and three tickets were drawn Bernie Lynn Glasheen Keenagh Ballina David O’Donnell St Marys Park Bláithin Traynor Bundeelin Crossmolina each win €50. The Draw took place in The Dolphin Hotel. This weeks Jackpot is €7,950. Thank you for all your support.
The Late Veronica Munnelly.
The death occurred peacefully on Thursday 5th of September of Veronica (Ronnie) Munnelly nee Harrison Knockadine Crossmolina. Her remains reposed at Hineys Funeral home on Friday evening with removal to the Church of the Assumption, Ardagh. Funeral Mass on Saturday with burial afterwards in Crossmolina Cemetery
Veronica was predeceased by her husband Patrick, deeply mourned by her loving daughter and son-in-law Mary and John Walshe Boston MA, USA, son and daughter-in-law, George and Karen Munnelly Portmarnock, Dublin sister Bernie Gardiner Crossmolina, grandchildren David, Alison and Sarah Jane Walshe USA, Lauren Hand and Nicole Munnelly Dublin great-grandchildren Elle and Faye Walshe and Arabella Hand, nephews, nieces, extended family friends and neighbours. May she rest in peace.

NEPHIN FESTIVAL SURVEY
The Crossmolina festival group are currently undertaking a survey to find out your thoughts on the 2019 Nephin Festival. The information gathered will be invaluable in helping to plan future festivals in the town. This is a short survey and can be completed online, links to the survey are available on the festival facebook page and on the festival website (www.crossmolinafestival.ie). If anyone would like a paper copy of the survey please email the festival. The survey closes on Monday Sept. 23rd.

Dementia Dance Club
Community Action on Dementia is a FREE dance club for people living with dementia and their families/carers. It is held in the Ballina Family Resource Centre every Thursday from 2.30pm to 4.00 pm. Light refreshments served. Ring Francis on 086.8366312 for more info.
Mindspace Outreach service in Ballina FRC
Mindspace Mayo offers a support service to young people (15-25yrs) presenting with anything from common concerns (e.g. dealing with break-up, exam stress, bullying) to young people with emerging mental health difficulties such as mild depression and anxiety. The outreach service will run one day a week (Monday) and is based in the Ballina Family Resource Centre. Boxing Season Commences.
Ardagh/Crossmolina boxing club will be opening for the new season on this Tuesday the 17th September for Registration, spaces are limited with preference given to existing members. Training will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.30 to 9pm

Pam Dolan nee Hughes Galway and formerly of Ballina Street, Crossmolina. Has her Land, Sea, and Memory Revisited is the name of her Solo Exhibition on display at the National Museum of country Life Turlough Castlebar and runs until October 20
Crossmolina Parish Trip:
Coaches will leave Sunday morning 29th September from the GAA pitch at 10am sharp. Our four day trip takes us to Tralee staying at the Brandon Hotel. Lunch stop at Dirty Nellie’s in Bunratty. We will visit Adare, Dingle and Killarney with a tour on the Jaunting Cars and a boat Trip.

Wedding of the Year takes place on Sat 16th Nov 2019. Dates are as follows: Sat 28th Sept - Dating Game in Sticks Bar, where the happy couple will meet and all the events will kick off from there. Engagement night on 5th Oct, in Cawley’s Rakestreet. Stag and Hen nights to follow.

Crossmolina Day Centre – Ballina Bingo
Crossmolina Community Bus is going to Ballina for Lunch to the Cot and Cobble and Bingo afterwards in the Over 55’s club in Ballina on Wednesday 18th September. Bingo starts at 1.30pm – 3.30pm.
