Pioneer Dance

Mid-Killala Regional Pioneer Dinner Dance will be held in Hiney's Upper Deck on Friday 10th of February. Music by Michael S Toger. Any person who would like to get their gold or silver pins on the night can do so, by ordering a week before hand. The Late Evelyn Kearns.

The death occurred peacefully on Friday 6th January at her residence of Evelyn Kearns nee Winters Carrowkilleen Upper Crossmolina. Her remains reposed at Hiney’s Funeral Home on Saturday evening. Removal from her residence on Sunday morning for requiem mass in St Tiernans Church with burial afterwards  in Crossmolina Cemetery. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Johnny, is survived by her sons Brendan Craughwell Galway, Joseph Oranmore Galway, John Carrowkilleen, daughters Mary Clare Owens Celbridge Co Kildare, Noreen Howley  Erris St Crossmolina, Helena Carrowkilleen, grandchildren, brothers, Richie Tuam, Pierce Philadelphia USA, Sean Ballina,Sisters, Pauline Scollard  and Una Geraghty Both Chicago, Sheila O’Malley Porturlin, Ann Hegarty Belderg, sisters – in – law, brothers – in – law, nephews, nieces, relatives, extended family, friends and neighbours, May she rest in peace.
